01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 88gb website accessible at https://88gb.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available therein.
• "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the 88gb registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) amount held within a User's 88gb wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings, but excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by 88gb under specific promotional terms.
• "Game Providers" refers to third-party software companies — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose games are made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that 88gb requires all Users to complete before withdrawals are enabled.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference timezone for all Platform-related time and date references.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 88gb Platform, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform, whether or not you have completed registration.

If you register an Account, your acceptance of these Terms is additionally confirmed by checking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process. Checking that box constitutes your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under applicable Bangladeshi law.

88gb reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 88gb will notify registered Users by email or through an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

03 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on 88gb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88gb enforces a strict minimum age policy. Users who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account suspended immediately and any outstanding Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to any court order, injunction, or other legal restriction that would prevent your participation in online gaming or betting activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 88gb, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless 88gb has provided explicit written consent for your participation.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

88gb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by 88gb may result in temporary suspension of Account functionality, including the ability to place bets or request withdrawals.

04 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of features on 88gb — including placing bets, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you are required to register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. If 88gb identifies that a single individual has opened multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any Balance held across those accounts may be forfeited pending review.

KYC Verification: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete 88gb's KYC verification process. This involves submitting copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Documents submitted must be clear, unaltered, and not expired. 88gb may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88gb support immediately at [email protected]. 88gb will never contact you to request your password.

Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and verification must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

88gb supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours to reflect. 88gb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 88gb accepts no responsibility.

Third-Party Payments: All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Payments from third parties — whether family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time for verified withdrawals up to ৳50,000 is under two business hours. Larger amounts may be subject to additional security checks and may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions: 88gb reserves the right to apply a wagering review to any withdrawal request where the deposit activity pattern suggests potential abuse of the platform. Users who have claimed bonus funds must satisfy the applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds derived from those bonuses.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

88gb offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• 88gb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering activity already in progress under an accepted bonus will be honoured.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any use of bonus funds that 88gb determines to be systematic, professional, or exploitative in nature may result in the bonus being voided and the Account being reviewed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

If you do not wish to accept a bonus that has been credited to your Account, you must contact 88gb support before placing any bets using those funds. Once a bet has been placed using bonus funds, the wagering requirement is considered to have been accepted.

07 Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on 88gb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

Bet Acceptance: 88gb reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where 88gb suspects a technical error in the odds, an unusually high volume of bets on a particular outcome, or potential exploitation of a pricing discrepancy.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, 88gb reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake to the User's Account Balance. Winnings derived from bets placed under manifestly incorrect odds (for example, decimal odds of 1000.00 where the correct market price was 1.50) may be voided even after initial settlement.

Live Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted in real time. Odds are subject to change at any moment during a live event. Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, the accepted odds are binding regardless of subsequent market movements.

Cricket Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are subject to standard international cricket betting rules as published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform. Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method recalculations, and match abandonments are handled in accordance with those rules.

Casino Games: All casino games on 88gb — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are governed by the rules set by the respective Game Provider. 88gb is not responsible for errors in game logic that originate from the Game Provider's software, though it will work with the relevant provider to resolve any confirmed issues promptly.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88gb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive 88gb or other Users through false information, forged documents, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated in-play betting.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets without real-time human interaction, unless 88gb has provided express written authorisation.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, promotional offers, or odds discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms with the intent to generate risk-free profit.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. 88gb maintains an active Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the User.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Underage Use: Accessing the Platform or placing bets while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 in doing so.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at 88gb staff, support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

88gb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. 88gb strongly encourages all Users to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account dashboard.

Available Tools: All registered Users have access to the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable timed pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net balance change.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from 88gb.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

88gb collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88gb Platform — including but not limited to the 88gb logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 88gb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 88gb.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the 88gb name, logo, or brand assets in any context — including social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion of it within another website or application.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88gb's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the User's Account, or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of the User's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

88gb shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or unforeseeable technical failure.
• Actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or network operators outside 88gb's direct control.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88gb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

88gb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring 88gb to restrict access to the Account.
• The User's voluntary request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request without any breach, the remaining Balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method within five business days.

A User whose Account has been suspended may contact [email protected] to request a review of the suspension. 88gb will respond to all suspension review requests within three business days.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the 88gb Platform, shall first be referred to 88gb's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution: To raise a dispute, contact the 88gb support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue, the relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. 88gb will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 24 hours (BST) and aims to provide a substantive response within five business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 88gb's resolution of your dispute after completing the internal process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction. 88gb respects the right of all Users to seek independent legal advice.

These Terms, and any dispute arising under them, are subject to interpretation under English-language legal principles. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
